Challenge
Create an engaging and visually captivating billboard advertisement to be displayed in tier-2 cities with the goal of not only bolstering brand recognition but also leaving an impression on the target audience's consciousness.
Process
I looked into old billboards to see what made them work. I checked out their design, messages, and little things that stood out. I tried to understand what made them effective, studying the things that caught people's attention and connected with them.
Solution
I created a billboard with no pictures. It asked a question that our audience couldn't ignore. I wanted to talk about their problem, not our solution. With just seven words, I aimed to make them feel like we were on their side, considering what I had learned from creating customer profiles.
The call-to-action (CTA) was a straightforward deal offering cost savings if readers switched to solar with SolarSquare. To make it more relatable, we changed how we talked to readers based on where they lived, using words like janaab, ente anna, and others.
